Right from the start you wrote a contract that protected my best interests and advised me to seek independent legal advice throughout the transaction. You communicated with the seller’s real estate agent in a fast, efficient and professional manner allowing the deal to go smoothly and close quickly. My mortgage specialist commented that she never seen a purchase complete so easily and you should be commended for your contribution. You were there when questions needed to be answered and provided confirmed information in a timely manner. Thank you for all your hard work and dedication during the months we were selling our home in Lake Cowichan. Your countless efforts sold our house. It was greatly appreciated that you took so much time explaining everything about the sale and the many open houses and viewings you held was a true testament to your clients. Anytime we had a question or concern you were always very easy to reach to get our questions answered and you were always patient. You definitely went above and beyond our expectations in regards to the sale of our home and your time, effort and expertise made this experience a great one. It is nice to know that not all realtors just want to make money from a sale; you actually care about your clients needs and meet them! July 17, 2008 Dear Mr. Holmes,
My husband and I have recently purchased a home through one of your
agents, Caleb Vieira, and also have our other property listed with
him to sell. I would like to take the opportunity to express to you
the gratitude we have of the exceptional service we have received
from Caleb.
We first contacted Caleb in hopes of viewing a property he had
listed on MLS. He responded with a brief letter introducing himself
and offering, if we were interested, to help us find the home we
were looking for, whatever that may be. We had never dealt with
Pemberton Holmes and had yet to find an agent we felt comfortable
with. We met Caleb the next day, decided that we would sell and buy
our home through him and have never looked back. He has proved to
be the most professional, reliable and personable realtor we have
ever dealt with.
As you may already be aware, our recent purchase came with some
unexpected difficulties on behalf of the seller's agent. We
were met with several issues we could have never anticipated having
to deal with. Not only were we asked by the seller's agent to store
his boat in our front yard after possession, but he also neglected
to ever ask his client to provide the key to our new home. Despite
the unusual conduct of the other agent, we feel that Caleb has
handled every situation with nothing but utmost professionalism.
His main priority has always been to ensure that we are taken care
of and our best interests are always addressed. He even came to our
new home while we were at work and swept up garbage, bag after
garbage bag of debris the seller had left in the carport. If that
wasn't enough, he also arranged for his roofer to remove the broken
Christmas lights from our 3 storey roof and paid for it out of his
own pocket.
We are so grateful for the exemplary service we have experienced
from Caleb, and want to ensure that his efforts are acknowledged by
those who will appreciate the feedback. I have recommended him to
everyone that will listen and, without a doubt, will not hesitate
for a moment, in dealing with him in the future.
Please give Caleb a pat on the back for us, and know that we
